  • Just don't use a free one! Match.com is supposed to be good. Don't meet up with men too soon - the ones that ask to meet up after 20 minutes of chatting are the ones who are only after one thing.... Unless that's what you want! I wish you lots of luck! NNNNOOOOOO not looking for 'that'. Gads, can you imagine getting naked…

  • I love having Spotify, whatever mood you wake up in there is always a playlist somewhere to match it/lift it/wallow in it/eat to it/laugh to it ha ha At the moment I am listening to Dire Straits, late I can feel a bit of Tom Jones coming on........and then there are the Abba tracks...ah so much music, so little time.…

  • Hey Everyone :] I'm Alexia. I'm five-foot-nothing and 205lbs (doh! >.<). I'm a 38H cup. I've never really had much probably with pain from the weight, except in really unsupportive chairs, but they get in the way ALL THE TIME and especially when I try to work out! I started 30DS today, which involves a lot of jumping type…
  • I am gluten free as of allergy, so no pasta or bread (miss my cake's :( ) Have been trying to eat healthy: salad with ham/chicken (fresh) stir fry with fresh veg and salmon, low fat yougharts and averacado for good fats/nuts: But Im stuck and starting to need more variety as this is not a diet for me its a 'be kinder to…

  • facebook... what's that? I am definitely on here more but I was getting tired of my FB page anyway. It's more interesting here, I get tips about my weightloss, I can actually be open and honest about my weightloss, etc. etc. No one on my FB page even knows I am losing weight. ....you are so right........if any of my FB…
  • me too.my friend told me about mfp. she warned me how addictive this place was. I am finishing glasses of water just so I can tick the water box lol. I always use to log onto FB first thing I got to work but now it's this. I'm getting so much support and can't remember the last time I felt this motivated. Feel free to add…
  • Can appreciate how you feel. I ruptured my achillies 18 months ago and although I avoided crutches I was still constantly feet up, ice etc etc. Does your local swimming pool have a hoist/lift to get you into the pool? could be good physio as well as weight loss?

I can be amazing good in week one and lose nothing then cheat second week and lose on the scale......ironically I can be bad the first week and good the second and then the lose will show. defo would not recommend daily weighing!!!
  • I never realised these kind of symptoms could be down to gluten! I've been putting them down to my diagnosis of labyrinthitis. foggy mind, depression etc etc. I've been gluten free to support my daughter but have found my IBS is so much better. I've had the odd bit of gluten, e.g. rolls, pringles and odd bit of bread and…
