i personally drink normal soda because it 'hurts' with the calories and i am trying to quit. artificial sweeteners tend to make me binge more.

feel free to add me, i'm 31 and am engaged to an ex-marine. it's not exactly the same beast but i can probably relate in some ways. you can take a boy out of the marines but you can't take the marines out of the boy.

I just wonder if i'd have more energy in the mornings if i ate. i drag *kitten* hard in the mornings and i'm trying to find a way to get more energy out of…

short answer: yes. When i went from martial arts to irish dance i was in high school and eating typical high school crap and lost weight. However for competition eating an unhealthy diet really made me lack the energy to have the competitive edge. so i went healthier... not to say i never went to A&W with my friends but i…

Waking up earlier is being part of my lifestyle change. my fiance has been depressed lately and keeping hours from 7am to 3 pm sleeping. i wouldn't sleep that late but i soon found myself waking up at noon... i'm working on 10 am as a consistent wake up time atm, might move it earlier still

My problem is after not eating breakfast i will not eat lunch and then eat a portion controlled dinner, so i spend the days undereating. i have recovered from an eating disorder so i have seriously slowed my metabolism, and i think the only way i can get all my calories in is to start sooner in the day. but thank you for…
