I was at a minority health summit and a big topic there was diabetes. I am not a diabetic but it is heavy in my family. I have noticed that when I wear my baby I tend to sway my lower back forward. Prior to pregnancy my core was not really strong anyhow. I have been paying attention to my posture. I will have to check out the youtube video. Maybe that will help me get rid of this baby belly. :)

Hey. I am also a FTM and I have about 45lbs to lose. I also work fulltime and it is so HARD. I would swim everyday I pregnant but find it hard to get back in the mojo of working out. I am 7 months post partum and am trying to loose weight..the healthy way. Nice to meet you.

I count tea and plain water. I usually have 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning so my water counts starts after that.
