Take it one day at a time. Sometimes, a time frame makes things more difficult. 10lbs in the first month is possible due to water weight etc., but it gets harder in the subsequent months and this may discourage you if you set rigid targets. Consistency will lead you to weight loss.

I concur. Sever all ties with the guy.

My dear lady, it's a good thing that he left. I put up with a guy like that too for 3 years till I realized that I had self esteem issues to deal with. Good thing was that I always refused when he tried to get me to take weight loss drugs and the like. My advice would be to spend time rebuilding your self-esteem. Make time…

Mangoes. They make smoothies taste divine.

Exercise and that will give you a little leeway. But if you plan on focusing on diet alone then you'll have to eat within your goal else you won't get the results you are looking for.

I use a Garmin and to answer your question, the chest strap is adjustable and stretches too. And I also have big girls but it doesn't affect it in any way :).

Wow! I will give props to anyone who can do that.

Lol! I remember this one guy who would go like "Yeahhh, that's right" each time he was on the treadmill or elliptical. I always tried to get a machine far away from him as he was too much of a distraction! lol!

I remember my shock when I found that one digestive biscuit contained 73 calories. That's even more than 3 cups of shredded cabbage. Wow!

I use Panache and they are so comfortable. Try those.

Nice. You did good!

Never heard anything about this. I tend to lose my appetite during my period. I also exercise (though a bit uncomfortable) because it seems to reduce my cramps.
