I quit in May, after making a decision to be smoke free by my 25th birthday. I didn't use anything to help me quit, just prepared myself mentally over a month before my birthday, and slowly cutting down my intake.

Haha - Eggs! I just made smashed eggs for sandwhiches for my lunch tomorrow - a couple of eggs, hard boiled, the smashed with a little skim milk to combine them, then a teaspoon or so of curry powder, shredded, boiled spinach (which I cook in the water while the eggs are boiling) and a teeny bit of salt and pepper.
