  • Use calorie-dense foods. Add granola, advocados, bananas, healthy fats, nuts, full fat dairy, beans, nut butters, and don't go out of your way to get the leanest meats possible... If you are still having problems gaining after adding more of those to your diet, start adding sauces and dressings in limited amounts.
  • greek yogurt with some cereal or fruit mixed in is my favorite snack lately!
