I use it in protein shakes, but I also take some to work to dip my apples in (after I mix some water in). I have also put it in oatmeal and sprinkled it on other things. I love peanut butter but not the calories or fat.

Ok! I hurt my back and am really frustrated since I can't really do anything wild and crazy :0 I am also on call for work which makes it extremely hard to get to the gym. Back is really hurting today. Did not make it to the gym and cannot do this challenge, BUT...I will walk in place for as long as I can while watching tv. Hopefully this won't last long. Icing it now.:sad:
