Anyone still using? I have had mine since November and making good progress after a rough start. There is a lot to still learn about myself.

If I have lost weight I will log it, but if I have gained since that lost, I will not log until I am below the last lowest weight..... I have a lot of confessions....but will save them for another day :D

If I didn't have a family baby shower to go to I would definitely be there. One of my favorite trails and I haven't done it since my son was in Cub Scouts. Its so close to me too!! Have a great time!

I am on day 2, but I only did WATP yesterday (15 mins) because I walked for 1/2 hour at lunch. I also walked 45 minutes today, but will try to add another 15 min WATP tonight before bed. :)

Walked 45 minutes today. Found a lost dog and walked around the neighborhood looking for the owner....found him several houses up the street. Owners didn't seem too concerned

:drinker: Me! Me! Me! I am 56 and I need to lose 40 pounds. I have been on MFP for a couple of years and have only lost 15 pounds....I have maintained so that is ok. Would love some buddies to keep me motivated. Add me as a friend! Are you going to start a group? PS: I live in Olney Maryland

I went swimming with my ultra a couple of years ago and they replaced it for free. I know that they have tightened up what they will and will not do, but it is worth a shot!

Believe it or not, I have too. My son got me into it over 5 years ago (he's been playing for 8 years and is still avidly playing). I have recently been thinking of renewing my membership since I am at home alone....a lot.

This: 24 pounds = a 3-gallon tub of super-premium ice cream but in reality....I have lost my Post Baby Weight!! The baby is almost 21 years old now!! :laugh:

Honestly, I don't figure it out if it is going to be difficult. Just do a search on "homemade mashed potatoes" and pick the closest thing that sounds right. If you are off a few calories, don't sweat it! Enjoy and YUM!!

I use it in protein shakes, but I also take some to work to dip my apples in (after I mix some water in). I have also put it in oatmeal and sprinkled it on other things. I love peanut butter but not the calories or fat.
