I am not a fan of greek yogurt but of course don't mind if they are mixed into a recipe and can't taste it. How much of the yogurt taste comes out in these pancakes? Has anyone tried them who doesn't like yogurt?0

Again, the 314 calories is for the whole batch.
Just do some simple math with the ingredients in mind:
1 egg = ~70 cal
Yogurt = ~100 cal
Protein powder = ~90 cal
Flour = ~50 cal
All the ingredients total around 310 cal... therefore the nutritional info was for the whole batch :flowerforyou:
These look fantastic...thank you for sharing your recipe!0 -
6 oz of Greek Yoghurt cannot equal 100 kcals. 6 oz is about 170 gram, in 100 gram of greek yoghurt there are about 134 kcals, and something like 10g of fat, so it can't come out to 1g fat in total either.
Your measurements on the nutrients and kcals are a bit off. The pancakes were delicious though. That's all, peace out.0 -
Do you have to like Greek yogurt to like these pancakes?0

Use chocolate powder. Mix in a banana instead of strawberries, and add a little crumbled crispy bacon. Then top with warmed peanut butter...OMGoodness! ELVIS has left the building!!!
Love it, thanks for the additional ideas. MFP is the best0 -

Responding to a previous poster about the calories, I assume she's using fat free greek yogurt. The stats she provides matches FAGE's Total 0% (fat free greek yogurt)0
-
Wouldn't that be 482 cal?
Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories
Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories
Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories0 -
