  • 155 seems a good weight for your height, i think as advised above you just need to hit the weights and cardio. Your weight will probably stay the same as you will be losing fat but putting muscle on. Im 5' 9" 1/4 ;) and 198 pounds and would ideally like to lose 15 pounds to get to my perfect look and weight !   • Hi, I'm from the dark side too, just outside Liverpool (St Helens). Been on here about 6 weeks and i'm addicted already and have lost about 4kg just by being aware of what i'm consuming, also by replacing calories burned through exercise with good calories to repair and strengthen.
