Level 1, Day 4 :) I started a few weeks back but I realized I wasn't doing a lot of the exercises with proper form so I decided to start over. So challenging especially the pushups!!!!!

I drink and/or go out to eat at least once a week. Basically it's the way I spend my social life that needs tweaking I think.

Same here, except I'm going to be a senior. It wasn't as much the alcohol as the 24 hour Jersey diners (haha) that reeked havoc on my body. I'm looking at compiling an article for my school newspaper on losing / avoiding the Freshman 15 so if anyone has any tips please let me know :)
