Yes-that makes sense! Right now, I have them different, so that was a great tip!! So, when you do additional workouts, do you just let the bodymedia 'record it' and not worry about posting the workout in MFP? Thanks so much :)

Hi! I have also been using the shakes as a meal replacement. I have been replacing just lunch and I love it. It keeps me full and I really love the taste...I actually WANT them! Have you found that replacing the 2 meals is a big factor in losing?

I can't really tell in that picture, but this website ( http://www.orville.com/homemade-popcorn ) has the nutritional info. so it should be the same. I have an eliptical that has the different programs, cal. counter, "bells and whistles" and I actually got it off of craigslist. I am not sure where you live, but check the surrounding areas (be careful-craigslist can be sketch at times), but mine was $125 and it was just because someone wanted it out of their house…
