Yup, it has increased! I haven't lost as much as you, by any means, but it still has made a difference. Fortunately, my wife's has increased with the decrease of my "spare tire." Looking forward to really having a smaller body!!!!

I'm on a low carb/high protein diet (doctor directed)..... I go with the McD and BK wraps... they are about 280 to 300 cal, and if you get them w/out sauce, they are even less. WOW!!! THANK YYYYOOOOUUUU!!!! My wonderful wife is helping me in this endeavor by using the same diet my doctor put me on (she is approved by a nutritionist, so it is healthy for her too) and she VERY much so misses her pancakes and other carbs... this is SO cool!
