Calgary Alberta here. I always fall off the wagon (addiction to Twizzlers 🤣). I'm just outside of Calgary, never had friends on here because I'm usually yo-yoing alone so feel free to add me (because I don't know how to add people)!!

Welcome, I have a similar history and am not able to follow a diet for more than a month. I am finding this site very helpful... and I am more aware of the foods I eat and the calories I am consuming and burning off! :drinker: cheers.
