Maybe do upper body work in a chair with weights. Or you might do work on the floor on your back like crunches.

I am not sure what your back pain troubles are from but mine are from a bulging disk in my lower back. I use to hurt 24/7. I started on my treadmill back in October doing about 20 minute at 2.6. Since then I have increased the speed and incline and all of my back pain is gone. The treadmill helped me for my back pain.…

No 30DS was not enough for me each day. The 30DS from warm up to cool down is only 27 minutes long. After that I alway added cardio from high impact aerobics, step aerobics or walking/running on my treadmill. I did anywhere from an addtional 40 minutes to 1 hour of additional cardio with my other DVD's.

Thank you all for your responses - I think I will try Optinum Nutrition from GNC first since it is close by and easy to pick up when I run low.

I had to take mine off - it is way to big to wear and I am afraid I will loose it. Waiting to have it resized till I am at my goal weight.

I use Coffee-Mate sugar free french vanilla liquid. In 1 Tbsp there are only 15 calories (10 from fat) and 2 g of carbs. Sodium is 0. They also have the suger free in hazelnut and vanilla caramel but I have not found these in the stores around me.

I am almost done with the 30DS. I am on level 3 and my 30 days ends on this Sunday. This may just be me but I found that level two was the hardest level for me. I have found I was more able to do the unmodified exercise more in level 3 than level two.

I put my treadmill exercise under cardio, Stair-treadmill ergometer, general.

Moderation is key, even when you eat something on the high calorie side because of cravings. I found that it was better to eat something I was craving, rather than deny myself. You will have more control to eat a little of it in moderation then wait until the craving is so much it controls you and you over eat that item.

I so wanted this big pepper crusted bacon blue cheese burger at the local bar and grill. It was snowing really bad the day I had this craving. I went down at lunch and the place was closed. I almost had a melt down. I had to go back a few day later and have the burger because I just could not get it out of my head.

I also struggled with back pain. I have a bulging disk in my lower back. I started out slow walking on the treadmill. I did not push it to the point that cause me more pain. I found that after a few weeks my back was doing better and increased the spead a bit. This cycle became the norm for me. I started on the treadmill…

The Calories I burn can fluctate depending on my energy level for the day and how much effort I put into it. I usually range from 190 to 220.
