Shannon you are beautiful. Love your strength and compassion! I myself have not struggled with this depilating disease, but I have watched my sister for many years be controlled by it. To this day she still struggles and I support her each and every day to be healthily.

P90X is more a tone and musle building workout and Turbo fire is cardio fat burning workout. I think it would be a good mix. Have done both.

Ran 2 miles in 22 minutes on top of doing my scheduled Turbo fire 45. Burned 261 Cal.

I was on the HS Gymnastic team and could do a walkover going the short way on the balance beam. I had my own ATV and could outride most of the boys. I use to go hunting.

Forgot to post yesterday. Did my mile on the treadmill. 5.5 MPH 11 minute mile.

I am such mix I just simplify it and say I am a lovable mutt mix.

We have the bird lady. She is skinny as a stick and walks all over town with her bird on her shoulder. (yes it is a live bird) We also have the a complete nut job. Her house has big pieces of plywood in front so no one can see into her yard. She also hangs garlic all over her chain link fence.
