I tried this in my profile but when I went back in it rounded it down. It did not keep the actual inches of 3.75 - it rounded the inches down to 3.

I am interested in this also. My height is 5'3" & 3/4" So I did put myself at 5'4" because it was closer to my height. What is others thought on rounding up instead of down?

Week Two Day Three done. I feel myself getting stronger already. Did the Shoulder & arms - was able to use heaver weights and do more reps than last week. Also did the Ab Ripper and was able to keep up better in most of the Ab exercises. Keep bringing it!!

I added a food category "Other" for stuff that just does not fit any of the other categories.

I love salmon. My mother use to make an egg sauce to go over the salmon when she cook it. But I do not have the receipe for it. I recently purchased a couple of can's of salmon on impulse and then could not think of how to use them. Thanks for the idea of a salmom burger. I will have to try this.

This makes me smile every morning. My son (age 14) still will give me a hug and kiss before I leave for work. He gets upset if I leave without getting this from him.

Week 2 Day 2 Down - Cardio X. Last week I thought this was not much of a cardio workout. Boy was I wrong I just did not give it all because I did not know the routine. I new what was comin this week and I brought it. Burned over 100 calories more this week and was sweatin my butt off. Then I did 15 minute on the treadmill.

I just picked up two hungry girl cookbooks. 1) 200 under 200 and 2) Recipes & Survival Strategies. I plan on picking at least one new receipt a week and trying it.

I get the 100 caloire Mini Bags of popcorn by Orville Redenbackers. I put Garlic powder on mine. The serving size is 6.5 cups popped and is actually about 110 calories.

I use Optimum Nutrition gold - Cookies and cream. I put in one banana. I love it. Tastes like a banana shake.

I did two day's today. Had three day that I could not workout this past week so I wanted to catch up a bit. I did Day 6 Kenpo X skipped the day seven rest/Stretch and went back to day 1 week two and did Core Synergistics.

Completed both the leg & back and the ab ripper X. Few Thought I was done and then looked at the calories burned. got my butt on the treadmill for get in more of a burn for a 1/2 hour.

Yoga X done. I thought it was boring. Way too long and not enough of a workout. It also was easier than I thought it would be.

When my husband silently farts just before i walk into the room. He feel the need for me to "enjoy" the smell with him!!! Ugh :sick: Like come on light a match already!

Another for the grocery store, I hate when you are in line and the person in front of you has to pay for many items separately.
