I've been weighing myself at the gym on Monday night and Thursday night. Last week the scale was messed up so I skipped weighing this week. Hopefully will start that back next week! :flowerforyou:

I'm not vegan or vegetarian but do have a sweet tooth! I eat a lot of mangos and bananas which help mine. Fruit is still sweet and good for you - and still fits in your diet! :flowerforyou:

This makes sense to me. Sometimes a phone call has to be made, but it can be done with little to no interruptions if people just would use some common sense. :flowerforyou:

Right now I'm 207. 15 weeks until Halloween. I hope to lose at least 15 pounds by then, but would be trying to lose 30 by then. So my main goal is 177 pounds, which would be 30 pounds but I would be happy at 192. :bigsmile:

Yes - I have a desk job and many times have to work overtime, so yes I would say it does make it difficult. However, the gym I use is at work so guess in a way it helps too. :ohwell: Wish I could be up and down more at my job though.

I'm a 39 year old married mom of 4. I never gained really when I was pregnant. Yeah, I know, weird. But when I'm not pregnant, which is most of my life - lol I gain weight like crazy. So now my youngest and last child is 6 and I will be 40 next year and it's time for me to get my life back! I'll send you a friend request…

I have some of the same problems. I love my mac n cheese (or cheese and mac) and steak and potatoes type meals too. I hope you get some good suggestions because I really need some too! :flowerforyou:

Drink lots and lots of water (Brita water bottle helped me). Get sugarless chewing gum - helps a lot!!! Eat foods rich in protein like Greek yogurt (YUM) brands Oikos and Chobani are good. I'm doing 1200 and I use Slimfast low carb (Vanilla Creme) most days for breakfast and/or lunch which keeps my calories in check.…

I used to have a recipe for one that called for mangos and cilantro (not too many jalapenos but a couple) that made a mild and very good salsa, but now I can't find it. :ohwell: And salsa and chips sound really good as a snack right about now!

I don't like the taste of water but having a Brita sports water bottle has helped me! It has 20 ounces in it but usually I only get 16 out of each bottle (water fountain doesn't allow me to fill it to the top) so I estimate 2 glasses everytime I drink it. So how many carbs is "too many" carbs? Fruit has carbs, and I don't want to cut out that. Not sure with all the material I've seen which is correct? I eat around 1200 calories and I do exercise. Thanks!

I love my Ranch and since I can't have the real thing, the next best thing is Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch, which is 30 calories per 2 TBSP. Not too bad.
