My suggestion would be to drink more water. I have been told you should drink half your body weight in water and at the least 8 glasses a day. I'm struggling on finding the right foods to eat because usually I'm not eating enough and I don't want to add junk food just to get the calorie count. We all have our frustrations.…

I am having the same problem! Of course I could find plenty of junk food to meet my calorie requirement but I'm such a picky eater trying to find what I should eat that isn't too expensive is hard.

Every time I feel hungry I drink some more out of my Brita Water bottle. I have been told you should drink 1/2 your body weight in water so right now I weigh 207 pounds so I should be drinking at least 104 ounces of water a day. I like Healthy Choice meals that I use for dinner and I use Slim Fast during my lunch and sometimes breakfast. Healthy Choice to me has lower sodium and overall I like the choices better.

I can't stand diet coke but I can tolerate Vanilla Coke Zero. I used to drink cokes all of the time though. I am trying to only drink 2-3 of the vanilla coke zeros a week and only when I've had at least 8 glasses of water. I'm able to drink water with the Brita water bottle. Before I couldn't stand the taste of water.

I LOVE the Greek yogurts, which have double the protein as regular yogurts but taste basically the same! And there's lots of flavors too and you can find them at Walmart! Oikos and Chobani are really good brands!

I'm 39 mom of 4 and am 5 feet 5 inches tall. Right now I've lost 14 so I"m at 208 and wear a 16/18 and my goal is to get down to 122! I just hope I can do it!

You're the size I am aiming to be! I want to be 122, which will mean I lose exactly 100 pounds and I'm 5 foot 5 inches! My doctor said that was too thin! So seeing your post has me excited! Got a little overwhelmed reading this but seems to me that if you crosstrain using different forms of cardio, that won't be a problem. At least that's what I've been told. So not being an expert, or even close to an amateur, I think I wouldn't give much thought to this article.

Those sound good! Wonder if they would pass the "kid test" or better yet the "teenager test" at my house! I've never used the whey protein. Is there a difference in the products out there? Might be a dumb question, but I really don't have any idea! And how much protein is too much? I eat at least 2 Greek yogurts a day plus…
