At least grab a banana or some other fruit. Or you could eat a Greek yogurt. Or a cereal bar, which you could take with you and eat between classes. Something small, even some toast and juice, would be great! :flowerforyou:

If you're on a 1200 calorie diet though, which is what I'm on, that's the lowest you should go so you can't lower your calorie intake. I just know I'll be losing less as time goes on each week. Also MFP will adjust for you after you lose 10 pounds. At least it has asked me if I wanted to adjust my goals or not.

I love the Great Value Mango Fruit Bars that are at Wal-mart by the ice cream. They are 80 calories each and give me the "ice cream" that I crave, and are especially good after a work out! They give me my sweet taste for my sweet tooth and they are reasonably priced. :smile:

This would be the way I feel. The chaffing feeling my legs have after wearing shorts can feel like carpet burn. Not a good feeling!

I'm sort of in this boat, but also know I need to build up some strength first. I still am struggling to do squats without weights so I'm thinking I need to wait a little bit before going "insane" so my goal is to get the Insanity program for my 40th birthday, which is in March. :glasses:

Hershey kisses are my treat - each kiss is around 22 calories and is perfect size when you need a little chocolate, especially after a meal. I'd freeze them and find a use for them.

I like the lemon one best. I stopped drinking them for awhile, got sort of "lemoned out" lol. The only negative thing I see in it is that it's carbonated, but at least it increases water intake for people like me who don't really like water! :smile:

Bump - my hubby is a Snickers fanatic - eats a King Size at least twice a week, so maybe I can get him to eat better with these! Think he'll know dates are in there?

I did my walk and going to do the 24 minute Jillian Michaels Ripped In 30 DVD day 2. :flowerforyou: My walk was 16 laps (4 miles) and I jogged on laps 3, 7, 11, and 15 - my own version of C25K - and my 13 year old daughter went with me!

I'm pretty boring - watch a lot of HGTV - that is when I'm not at my full time job or working out or dealing with my hubby and 4 kids. HGTV is my world away from the world! In fact Property Brothers are on right now! :)

I use it and love it! I especially love using it when it's too hot to be outside or it's raining, etc. And the kids even like using it! I also like getting games etc for it.
