I want to start using free weights. I have arthritis in my neck so sort of nervous about it since I've never done weight training. I'm supposed to meet with a personal trainer next month and hopefully will get some advise. This information has been helpful though!

The scale was messed up at my gym last week but hopefully it'll be fixed this week. I know I haven't gained and hoping I've lost. Last week I was 207 and I'm trying to lose 2 pounds a week. We will see! ♥

I don't know! I just started my goal of losing weight a few weeks ago. I'm trying to stick to 1200 calories and not sure what to think.
