I agree with other's comments. My 60 year old mother though has lost about 80lbs and is exercising daily. She is not having loose skin because she's constantly toning. It's a combination of gradual weight loss, lots of water and working out. Good luck!

I honestly have never thought about the type of diet I do. I struggle, but I just eat healthy and am trying to exercise. I find counting calories is making the biggest difference and making sure they're healthy calories and not from junk.

I've never done turbo jam, but I love zumba and it works your entire body. I did yoga yesterday and was sore so when I did zumba this morning (at the gym) I could tell what parts of my body I was working and I felt my movements everywhere.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I've had nights where I just didn't even bother counting calories with the amount of alcohol I drank (did someone say a wedding with an open bar...lol) and I just ate less calories the next day.
