what kind of workout are you doing? you could be gaining muscle. weight and measurements might stay the same, yet you notice less flab.

If you are losing fat and gaining muscle, you wont be losing weight. That is basically how it is for me right now. The scale wont budge but everything fits better.

When you start lifting, you will see the scales shoot up a bit. It took a while for me to get used to. I lost 112lbs of fat and then hit the gym and freaked when I saw the number rising. what the heck, ill join in. Hoping to hit 250miles on my bike this month. There is a trail near my house that is 27miles round trip.

I am set at 1250 a day. I generally hold around that. I might be able to go higher since I work out 6 days a week and on my "off" day I bike the bike trail around my house (27miles round trip).
