my hip bones often hurt because when i bump them into things there is no cushion, same with laying on my side in bed is less comfortable

I can't find boots that will zip over my calves, I had to alter a pair of gladiator heels to fit my calves for a wedding this summer because they dug into the muscle.

I am 50% ojibwe/mowhawk I def find that avoiding processed foods and eating high protein makes me feel my best, wheat especially makes me feel gross.

for the most part I just run 6x per week and just recently started doing more than yoga for strength. In the beginning I did more but I focused on running after I started because both was too hard, but now im n good enough shape that not much takes me out of commission so I can do more.
