  • I have had that same problem. The trick for me is to always carry my water/vitamin water zero combination. I drink it in between meals and it totally satisfies me!
  • 6" turkey on wheat , no cheese, all the veggies including spinach, no jalapenos, mustard only. (drool):love: 25 lost about 30 left to go!
  • I personally love the 'earth' brand tennies. They're the ones with negative heel technology, not the rounded sole type.
