Jewel-Osco usually has out chocolate chip cookies at the bakery for free. My husband asked if I wanted one. (they also had out cupcakes this time... frosting is my VICE!) I SAID NO, without even thinking twice. :)

it's okay to go a little over every once in a while, it confuses your metabolism and gives it a little jolt. You won't gain back several pounds from one meal (especially when your picks were healthy you just overindulged a little) just try to get in a workout, and make good choices the rest of the day. Never beat yourself…

I'm unsure.. though, I cut red meat out of my diet about 3 years ago(except for a cheeseburger maybe 2 times a year) and I haven't noticed any changes that weren't positive ones...

I am a small frame, too.. and I agree with this 100% It's hard for me to stay so focused, because it comes off so slowly, but if I gain back, that is really noticeable, too. 5 pounds makes a big difference on my frame.

A size 1-2 in pants, and 5'8"??!?!?! Hunny, stop dieting!!! You're super skinny.. possibly TOO thin! Check your BMI!
