I'm 5'2". Daily calories 1200. Yes, I raise that limit based on exercise. I try to exercise 4 times a week at the gym, and walk or bike ride 2 other days. I have lost 21 pounds in one year, but really try to exercise and eat healthy for long term health is my main focus.

Count me in. I'm 5'2" and 125. I'd like to get to 115. I was up to 144, and got down to 122. The last pounds are the hardest to lose, especially at 56 years old.

Check out skinnytaste.com for a great cilantro avocado dressing/dip. It's great as a spread on sandwiches, as a salad dressing, and as a topping for seafood or chicken.

I try to eat "high quality" calories. Even though salmon is high in calories, it's great omega 3 fats which are good for you. Wonderfully high quality calories. Sort of like avocado. So, just watch the portion size--4-6 ounces tops.

Sounds good. How many servings do you estimate it makes (for the nutritional count)?
