I would say, buy all of your produce at farmers markets or Trader Joes. Meat is a tough one because the grass fed beef I found was way out of my price range so I am eating organic. Allow yourself one day a week to have some ice cream, a small amount. On those days do extra cardio or eat a smaller meal. Everything in moderation. I can't give up my deserts, especially chocolate so I buy the weight watchers deserts and have one each night, factoring them in to my daily caloric intake.

Hello, I'm Reid 6ft tall and 220lbs. I love this program especially with the iPhone part of it. Wow! This is better than Weight Watchers! I don't have to track points and figure all of that crap out..
