I know! Most white and creamy substances are so gross, I don't know how people do it. I will say that I can eat some things when they're hidden in desserts, like cream cheese in cheese cake, lol. My friend even made an extremely rich chocolate cake with sour cream that I found I really loved, but as soon as I saw it I…

This mixed with chocolate chip cookie dough!

THAT'S a Blizzard flavor!? It sounds devastatingly beautiful. *salivates*

Agreed, minus the farting, lol. A 150 calorie serving of oatmeal is a SNACK, not a sufficient breakfast. They trippin'.

I FEEL YOU GIRL, lol! I've never been "overweight" either but I've always been terribly unfit! It used to be that just thinking about having to run put me out of breath! I started in the exact same boat as you or worse, barely able to jog for 60 seconds and I HATED it. The C25K was really hard for me but I pushed through…

I'm extremely picky about salad dressings. I hate most of them actually, lol. (including balsamic vinaigrette) I prefer an Asian flavor to my salads. Right now I'm using a bottle of House Of Tsang's Korean Barbecue sauce. I was super heated when they discontinued an Asian slaw dressing a few years ago, I can't even…

One of easiest things I cook is a chicken breast. I actually wedge it between a piece of tin foil or stick it in a zip lock bag before pounding it out more thinly with a mallet. I then sprinkle garlic powder, seasoning salt and oregano on both sides, as well as a half a teaspoon of brown sugar on each side. I fry it up in…

Ick, I refuse to even contemplate drinking a "juiced" vegetable. I can't even stand smoothies though I know so many people love those. It's the thickness and the fact that I'd really rather just eat the food.

What frustrates me is the younger generation thinking you have to drink and get high to have fun, and this is often perpetuated by the media. So many songs on the radio are about partying, getting wasted, being loose. You CAN have fun without being inebriated or being a total skank. Adults can do whatever they want, but I…

I'm not entirely sure what this thread is about, lol, but when I went to a small water park last year I was wearing this bikini which had a top that was kinda loose. When I went down the water slide, my friend informed that I had totally flashed the lifeguard guy waiting at the end. -_-

So like, I have extremely weak upper body strength, I'm talkin' disabled kitten status. Somebody posted this Tracey Anderson vid in another thread and people were making fun of it. However, while it does look humorous, I found that it's a really good workout for my arms. It really starts to hurt after a while and yet I…

Wow, these stories enrage me. I don't understand how people can be so damn hateful, rude and ignorant. I've never assumed anything about a person based on their race and I wish more people could be that way. It's such a petty and trivial thing to be divided over. I guess all one can do is dust off filth like that.

Jesus, a kid threw a piece of CEMENT at you!? WTF is wrong with people around here!? I've never really been picked on in a physical way by anybody, nor have my friends. My schools were quite racially diverse and while there were fights, they were usually between feuding ruffians, lol. There definitely were douche-bags…

Okay yeah, that sounds way better!

Jesus Christmas, I can't believe Manson looks like that now, He was SO thin! :noway:

I don't know a lot about heavy metal music, and somehow I thought this was going to be a thread about the animated movie "Heavy Metal", which I've loved ever since I was a small child. Probably not the most appropriate film for children, buuuut, lol.

I actually find that crunches are more difficult to do than sit ups. I can do them both but I seem to get more out of doing crunches. I really don't see the benefit of full sit ups anymore when compared to other core exercises.

Huh, I've never heard of a "fuel belt". Must look into this. I hate carrying water bottles and the backpack thing seems extremely annoying, but a belt seems genius.

It taste like ****. Sorry, I hate cauliflower, lol. I did try the cauliflower pizza crust/pizza bites and like that though. The taste of cauliflower was cleverly masked.

I guess I can understand being annoyed by someone who's extremely lacking in confidence. I know someone who's one of the most negative people I've ever seen. It can be rather tiresome after a while because it's almost incessant. Albeit, this person has other traits that are annoying as well, but yeah, lol.

I assume the OP is most likely shy as well as an introvert. That's how I am. Shyness isn't a prerequisite for introversion but is seems pretty common, kind of like perfectionism.

I don't understand why people are saying that surrogacy is "selfish". If that's the case, then is every woman selfish who wants to have her own baby? Should every parent be judged and berated for not choosing to adopt? I think adoption is a wonderful thing, and I'm a huge advocate for it, but I don't see the need to be…

Here's some cool and interesting quotes I just found from Laurie Helgoe's book on introversion vs extroversion, "Introvert Power: Why Your Inner Life Is Your Hidden Strength" (who can relate?): “Introvert conversations are like jazz, where each player gets to solo for a nice stretch before the other player comes in and…

Aw, yes, structure is very important. It explains why so many artists and actors are introverted and yet capable of performing so well. When things are rehearsed and planned, it's much easier to be confidant and in control of the situation. In school, I found that if I prepared a speech and rehearsed it or was allowed to…

I think this is a good blog post as well. It takes note of two musicians, Michael Jackson and David Lee Roth, and compares the way they speak and engage. http://theintuitivemusician.com/are-you-an-introvert-or-an-extravert-are-you-sure/ Apparently, based on the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS) personality test, there are…

One thing introverts hate: Small talk. We like to talk when we have something worthwhile to say about a subject, and we can go on for hours. But just talking for the sake of talking, that's a no no. I hate when people, especially strangers, expect me to do that, lol. Like, why can't you just sit there and enjoy the silence…

Aw, textbook definition, lol. Introverts gain their energy from being alone and having "me-time", while extroverts get charged from interacting with people. When introverts interact with others,( and they may be very articulate and adept at this), they're still using up that energy they stored.
-
I'm a hardcore introvert. I really have to put on a show and "act" the part to appear extroverted. But ain't nobody got time for that, lol. Some really famous people who were constantly in the spotlight were introverted. Michael Jackson is the best example I know of, but there are many others like Michael Jordan and Albert…

@QueenGyn A creature with rotting flesh is gazing at you in the dark. He sees your heat signature and he's hungry.
