Yep, If I lose a pound or half a pound I think of it as half a lb lighter than last week and half a pound I'm never ever putting back on ! One day at a time but we will get there and stay there

I do 6 days a week Monday and Wednesday I do Zumba classes which are 60 minutes each I do lifting for 30 minutes 3 times a week (5kg weights as I only recently started) I do 35 minutes of billy blanks inferno on tues, thurs,fri and sat.
