Would love to hear how ppl find this kind of cardio and results if they decide to give it a go

If you are on an iPhone i guess you can hold your finger on the image and save it to your photo album then upload it

One good thing about myfitnessPal is the APP. If you have the app on your phone then you have the barcode scanner for food labels. You can scan things you buy without a whole load of prep. Everyone wishes they had time to cook all the time but sometimes it's not so simple. You definitely need to get in the habit of eating…

You really can and it burns fat everywhere

I go every other day so it works out at 4 times. 60 mins I do but then I cooldown for about 20/30 mins. You can do less though it's a great fat burner
-
I think if you want/need to eat more then you need to be earning calories in the gym.

I wouldn't go at that speed on a very high incline as you would struggle to stay on. 3/4 mph is plenty to get you out of breath and if you have fat then you will burn it where it needs to be burned. I am losing mostly on my upper body right now but I haven't gained on my legs at all. They look slimmer in photos but I've…

I feel like it has everything that HIIT gives you without all the joint unpact and huffing and puffing. I always feel energized after and I feel like I'm still burning fat for ages after too. So glad more people are doing this. It's manageable and for those who can't run its a long term alternative without compromise

I've lost 4 inches off my hips in 8/9 weeks doing it

Incline cardio (see the fitness forum ) the idea is to walk on the treadmill on a incline at a slow/moderate speed 3/4mph for around 30 mins to an hour depending on your fitness levels. It's a good way to melt fat and lose inches. It's intense but easy on the joints and you can build it up
-
Yeah if it gets too much I bring it down abit then crank it back up
-
I read that article a few weeks ago after googling incline cardio and the benefits. It really enforced my view that it's a killer burn for fat and increases overall fitness and endurance

Yes I suffer from ulcerative colitis. I've had it under control for two years now with the help of 150mg of Imuran daily along with a couple of other drugs. Thankfully I'm off the dreaded steroids

So great to hear that you all love it. I couldn't believe the results myself but everyone is commenting on how my shape has drastically changed . Varying the incline durning the workout is also a great way of making your body work harder too (similar to HIIT but lower impact) obviously my fitness levels were poor at first…

Waking slow uphill and no pain at all in my shins. Used to suffer in zumba too when there were routines with lots of jumping
-
I think I found it really hard the other times I tried exercise. I usually ended up gaining weight and then giving up but I think I've finally found a system that works for me and I actually enjoy doing. I hoped there would be other incline enthusiasts :D
