Starting to feel quite pleased with my loss now although to get close to my BMI I still would like to lose another 42lb.

I am now 12lb than the picture on the right and 8 and half stone lighter than the picture on the left.

5xl shirt to a 2xl :-)
Anyone who wants to troll me for being so big in the first place then don't, get a life like I am trying too.

WelL I think that you are not giving yourself enough credit because that xxl shirt looks too big to me. Amazing progress in such a short period of time. Keep up the great work and CONGRATULATIONS!!0

Absolutely amazing! I swim for most of my exercise and I've read that swimmers have a harder time losing body fat. I don't think I believe it because most serious swimmers are pretty muscular.0

Congratulations! You are an inspiration! How many days a week and for how long did you swim each time?0

Dottie27, I try to swim 4 times a week and now I limit myself to 60 minutes none stop in the pool. I can usually manage 80-85 lengths in that time. Around 1700 meters. Not the fastest but I am working on it :-)0
