I haven't cut out anything! It is all in moderation! Since I have to "record" everything I eat in MFP, I am more cautious about how much I eat. I added exercising 4-6 times per week, for an hour. I am down 20 lbs. so far, with 10-15 more to go! If I had to pick things that I have greatly increased/decreased? I would say…
