First day done! I did column 2 and maxed out at 17. (FYI, I'm doing them on my knees until I can get stronger!)

If you do a search on the message boards you can find a bunch of other posts about which HRM is the best and why. I found that the FT7 was a pretty good one and ordered mine off ebay for $75.

I get it when I don't breathe properly during running. Try "belly breathing". Basically it's really deep breaths, but you are using your abdomen instead of your chest. Here's a link that might be helpful: http://www.ehow.com/how_4475366_deep-belly-breathe.html

Yes! There is a reason why it's called house-work! I wouldn't if it was daily/easy cleaning, but if you break out in a sweat and need a break then totally!
