I thought this challenge looked a lot but I’ve split it into 4 circuits and its only taken me 20 minutes and burnt off 104 calories. i always go with the heart rate monitor reading, ive noticed on the equipment i use down the gym (DW) that the readings are more or less the same and mfp estimates are not that far out for me. the times to watch out for are over estimating eg. logging walking at 4mph when actually i was more likely doing 2 or 3mph. if…

same for me, i call it my hungry week. i try to eat loads of veg to try to fill me up but often give in to toast in the evening. try to exercise so you have lots of extra calories :o)

what did you eat before your workout? looks like you trained really hard and your body then craved fuel - its going to do that. i try to eat about 2 hours before exercising and always include carbs, drink lots of water afterwards rather than during or i get a stitch. if i cant get to eat before hand - somedays my workload…

i didnt think you could buy Alli without a pharmacist consultation. They weigh you, measure your height and work out your BMI and you have to be over by a certain percentage to be able to purchase it. If you only have a small amount to loose i dont think you could legally buy it.
