MFP's BMI calculator says my BMI is 26 which is too high. I weigh 171 lbs and am 5'8". The calculator says my highest healthy weight should be 164.4. If I weighed much less than that I would be a complete rail and not very happy with myself. I want to look like a bada$$! Not some whimpy Justin Bieber type!

My gym is Fitness Forum and there is a completely closed off room called "Ladies Forum". Then there is another room for aerobics. I am all about no eye contact in the gym.

Some of the gyms I have been to have a ladies only room.

I agree. It seems to me guys are more chatty than the girls. I go in and get my workout done and leave.

I wondered but that also brings up another question. If you are not working out in the "Ladies workout area" does that mean you do not mind guys talking to you?
