This makes me think of one trainer we have that absolutely refuses to use the desginated stretching area to stretch. He, instead, sprawls out in between the equipment so you either can't use a couple of pieces of equipment or he is so close to you it is uncomfortable.

You just reminded me of another one and this will give you an idea what section of the country I am located. We have a guy that wears jeans, cowboy boots, a wife beater and a chain securing his wallet! WTH???

I just thought of another one. We have a guy in our gym that gets a cut off broom stick and acts like he is doing karate. He swings the stick around and walks between the equipment doing round house kicks (you can tell he has no clue what he is doing)!

I wonder if the socializers ever look in the mirror and think "I must be doing something wrong at the gym cause I am getting zero results"? It's the same guys everytime too and they are always bugging some female that is trying to focus on her workout!

1. I was tired of being self concious while hanging out on the lake with friends. 2. I was sick of feeling like crap all the time. 3. I was tired of my pants cutting into my waist line. 4. The doctor threatened to put me on blood pressure meds. That was the big motivator for me!

I'm in ATL OTP north. Right now I workout 3 days a week with heavy lifiting, no cardio but will be adding 2 days of lifting, core work and cardio next week. Having a reliable workout partner keeps me motivated. I show up at the gym when I don't want to because I know he will be there depending on me. Try to find a partner with similar goals to you and the keyword is "DEPENDABLE". Make each other accountable for your exercise and diet.

If you're using a scale pick one scale and stick with it becuase they all have a margin of error. I like to use both a scale and the way my clothes fit. If your clothes fit comfortably you are probably good to go!

Thanks guys! Looking forward to seeing more results. I have plateaued in my weight loss and my body mass. I want to get more cut but at the same time add some bulk without the fat. Straight up muscle is all I want.
