The way I see it I eat when I'm hungry and if MFP tells me that I'm not eating enough I ignore it because my body will tell me if I'm starving. Typically when I work out I feel hungrier so sometimes I eat back those extra calories only because my body was clearly telling me that I need them. And I still lose the weight so…
