Because honestly the show ticks me off. I would kill to be there, spend hours in the gym, have people tell me what to eat, etc. And it seems like they pick the most pathetic people on the planet who only whine and cry. I mean seriously anyone could lose that much weight if you had someone pushing you constantly in the gym…

That is a good idea. I had a feeling trying to do all these abs each day might get a little tough and sore. Anything to switch it up is good. I also think for me if I opt not to do the ab challenge everyday that the alternate days I will stick with some planks, reg and side planks.

I had signed up a couple of days ago but today will be my first day. I am off to go workout and do my abs...let's see how this goes.
