I completed my first Tough Mudder a few weeks ago, definately the running would be the best thing you can do! I'd also suggest increasing your grip strenght as much as possible for thos Monkey bars, pull ups etc (which you are already doing) will really help you in the monkey bars and the walls etc. :-)

Feel free to add me too, I've been on here forever, not lost any weight (although ahve really upped my fitness which was my main goal!) It's now time for me to lose a few lbs, we can all do it together :-)

I completed Tough Mudder in Scotlans on Saturday, the electric shock obstacles are nothing in comparison to some of the others. The shocks are sore, but the obstacles are over in seconds. They are not the worst obstacles, Arctic Enema is by far the worst, and nothing you do in training will prepare you for that (I…

I'm doing the Scotland Tough Mudder this year (less than 7 weeks eeek!!) I'm the only girl in a team full of about 10 boys who can all run a LOT faster than me, I'm hoping that I'll be able to keep up with them! I've mainly been doing upper body weight training, loads of squats anr runnin, I just hope it's enough :-)
