Make your own yogurt; not hard, google for instructions. Sugar is a natural preservative, and enhances flavor, this why it's added. Once again, dehydrate your own fruit. Google is your friend.

I am in for 150 miles or more, in addition with 50,000' of accumulated elevation gain ( 5000 flights of stairs). Rung up 5.7 miles with 1664' today.

Some white wine options that would be lower in calories would be 10% or lower alcohol by volume (ABV) Dry German Rieslings, and Vino Verde from Portugal 7% -9% ABV range.
