Honda Civic/accord and Toyota Camry/Corolla will do the job (less than $8k easily). You'll have some money left over as you will need to spend to do little work on the used car, as to replace timing belt, fuel fliter, air filters, new set of tires, alignment, wheel balance, flush all fluids, new brake pads, spark plugs,…

The deadlift will cure most of your back problems. It is the fact and let your body heal itself.

Just squeeze an orange/lemon on a salad bowl will do the job for me. :)

Chev Volt is off the limit!!! It would be nice if you could provide more info. Do you want a luxury ride, or just an eco car? Do you know how to work on the car? Are you good with maintenancing the car? Do you ride it hard or easy? V6 or I4? Do you drive in a hilly community? Do you need AWD, bigger cargo room, etc? Auto…

I really doubt with the modern cars, mainly with the technologies that they have on their cars. If you know how to work on your cars then you could have prevented many maintenances. You still have to do the routine maintenance with all the cars no matter how well the car is. You gotta to replace the timing belt, gas…

We have the same taste. I would go for GT3RS if possible, but I must have a full built garage first inorder to work with the maintenance on those sport cars. Sport cars requires more maintenance works than a regular car (it is built like that). I don't trust the auto mechs doing it for me.

At least two weeks with no cheats.

Used Lexus 350 or BMW 330/5 for a pleasure ride VW Jetta/Passat TDI for economy and long run. Used Acura TSX for all purpose. (you don't have to use premium gas, unless you want to have the extra HPs, it also applies to all other cars.) You'll need to take consider with the car's weight because it could impact on the…

That is a Certified BBQ Professional Chef. I used to smoke any kind of meats/veggie twice a week (woods only). Right now I couldn't do that cuz I lives at a condo. :(

Yes and it takes lots of commitments to make it happen. You also have to push yourself harder. It is no different with the "No Easy Day" book as they have described the Navy SEALs going through trainings. I truly think I could get in the game in next few years. I am being realistic with myself on this.

Join CrossFit Group on MFP.

You might want to check out CrossFit group on MFP. They love Burpee!

Yes with the strength.

You might want to work with squat, deadlift, and GHD to improve your OHS' stability. I think you have a wrong standing form. It could be your foot placement, open up your hip, straight up your body, and lock elbow. I don't know. I need to see vid.

Simple answer: Same as you. :)

Not really. $ Membership with a box is reasonable. All other than that is unreasonable.

$50 for the glove, totally rip off. You could go to homedepot, lowes, autozone, etc to pick up a set of glove for $20 with same quality.
-
I think you'll need some help.
-
Hahaha, I agree with you and I have learned lots of thing from them. They do provide better information than men in general.

1- Yes, and train your hands to be tough. I don't know about women because it's different. 2- No Whey Protein. It's not natural. Egg or meats will do the job and far better than whey protein.

I'm 27 and been on Paleo for a year. Not many men are on MFP and I wasn't surprised with it. Women are good at keeping everyone connected.

A hippie man and a hippie wife. :)

Sigh. If you eat too much foods then you'll gain weight and your legs would be bigger because of fat build up. If you worked out really good then your legs will be bigger because of muscle build up. So, if she is eatting too much and working out really good then she will grow fats and muscles at same time. We don't have…

You might want to stop by Fla Ave and 6th street on weekends for a farm market. They have awesome food selections over there.

I don't think the food was an issue. CF should beef up your legs. It did to my legs. My legs are so musclar just like a horse's legs. I am very happy with the result.
