  • You'll be shocked with this response: Drink a coffee with butter, no milk and sugar. You might want to eat more bacons, meats, veggies, and less of fruits and carbs such as grains, beans, sugars, etc. Of course, drink a lot of water.
  • I am trying not to be extreme to aviod with those kind of foods. Once while on is okay. You'll need to eat those sometime to be prepared if you will have to eat them in some situations.

  • If you decided to take a cheat day then you will still need to control yourself. For example I would cut a slice of cake into half. 1/8 cup of ice cream, etc. If it is paleo food then take as much as you want, for example I ate 7 devil eggs in a day. Once a week to cheat is too much. Once a month is more reasonable.
  • Same. I need to work to pump up with proteins. Salmon is the key to pump it up.
  • Try join the Paleo/Primal Group on MFP, they could help you out easily.
  • For me, Golf Polo Shirts and regluar shorts. I use New Balance 408Blk shoes for lifting and adidas shoes for running, etc.

  • Bacon helped me to lose my weight with a big result. It increased my strength, improved my responsive in movement, thinking much more clearer, and it tastes so darn good! Be careful with what bacons you are getting. Go see the bacon I am getting and it has low salt in it.
