For the stairs thing, I live on the 11th floor. Challenge accepted! Also, a question for everyone. When is your first day of classes? Has anyone started yet? I don't start until the 6th, but I'm interested to know when everyone else starts since I think most of you are in the U.S.

I'm trying to make this study schedule but I don't know if I should count my walk to and from school as exercise? It's only half an hour a day. Aside from that, I've made mine!

Last year I was a commuting student and actually packing lunches and snacks was my greatest weakness. Thankfully I'm living a 15 minute walk away this year so I'll be able to head home for lunch some days.
