I'm 5'4" SW: 229 lb, CW 185 lb, GW 135 lb. I hit a really rough bump with a bad life experience and regained 10 lb of lost weight...but that was over 2.5 years, so I call it a success. I'm back on track, having just lost 2 lb of that weight. You can do this, no matter what - just be patient with yourself and your body.
