  • Here is an idea, get the Sweatin' To The Oldies videos with Richard Simmons. My knees are bad so I just do things like leg lifts, which are good for your thighs. Another idea is thrift stores because you can get exercise equipment for practically nothing.

  • I went to Winco's and bought a bunch of Snack Packs and Strawberry Kiwi Jello to go with my Smart Ones dinners, so far I've lost three punds in three weeks. I would love to go to a gym, but can't afford it so I have began doing tummy twisters and leg lifts.
