  • Throughout most of my weight lose I have judged my size by the way that clothes fit. I have been more obsessed with dropping sizes then seeing the number on the scale decrease!! SO I know that feels AWESOME!!! Crongrats!!
  • Same thing here. I love the app. But the site cool features like creating common meals and recipes to make tracking food and excercise on the app easier!

  • Jillian specifically says "move up when you are ready" I agree that you need to vary your routine for you body to make changes but if are not ready to move up then don't! It isn't worth injuring yourself. You can always challenge yourself within level 1 by doing the harder version of the excercises.
