  • Maybe try a Whey protein Drink with Cranberry Juice, orange Juice, or Skim milk & a Scoop of Peanut Butter in it, Delicious... You can even drop a Raw egg in there... Plenty of Protein!!!

I have a personal Blender and I mix one heaping tsp with about 1-1/2 cups of Trop 50 (Or Tropicana 50 Orange Juice with Calcium) hey mix it with The Prune juice that's out anything you like... It is delicious I'm thinking of making that 2 per day…
  • Too much Proteins turns into Carbs... I still think it's easier to lose weight eating a good amount of Proteins and not too many... I've always lost my weight eatting protein :) Keep up the good work abnd try to eat before 6pm and not after... Joe

  • First off use Meatloaf mix...(You could make a burger with just this meatloaf mixture) it's great already! OR Add: 1 egg per Lb.
