  • Totally agreed with the OP. Actually my workouts are kinda hurting my health considering I have some knee injuries but it is all worth it when you put on your bikini and go to the beach and see everyone just going WOW ;)
  • Agreed, especially if you use a lot of Half and Half and sugar, but I don't and a lot of supplements have a lot of caffeine, so one coffee won't hurt me, just makes me feel really good when I am craving it ;)
  • I didn't dump that much caffeine, I drink a big cup of coffee every day or two days. Caffeine is good for weight loss so I will ask if you had to for medical reasons or something else? It could be that your body is just adjusting?
