  • planning planning planning. do not get sucked into ordering on the go or food runs! I was on nightshift for the past 4 years on the down fall for me was the urge and the eventually giving in and getting food when I already had a good meal prepared. if you make the majority of your plate veggies and the a nice solid protein…
  • I dont live in a cold place nor have i ever -but i can imagine there are a ton of snow related work out. clearing pathways. making snowballs. salting the drive way. sledding with the kids. do the neighbors driveways. if you have stairs, up and down you go - with the baby on your back. i like stair suicides - up two stairs…

  • I dont use times at all. I have renamed my diary "1st eating" 2nd eating"3rd eating"Snacks"Drinks" just to make it easier for me. I am night shift worker and I swing back to days on my few days off.

  • opinions right?? I would go the maintain route until things/routine get under control. I also switch back and forth between nights and days. So far adding the little bit extra of calories to get me over the edge has helped my energy level and i havent gained, just maintained. ( I dont consistently work out. 5'8 168 now.…
  • if you have a super bad diet, like tons of sugar and carbs. then go to this calorie counting business... you will definately lose it. i lost 10 pounds in my 1st month. 5'7 180lbs 24yoa used to be althetic. did little working out. even though that will definately help solidify the weight loss. i dont see it in inches…
  • The face is where most people start seeing weight loss the most. For me, my mother can always tell whether I have lost or gained weight by my face. So as you lose your 55kg it will definately come off, almost guarenteed. Just keep at it.
  • My husband (the guy in the pic with me) is 6'5 about 220lbs. He's got stretch marks on his arms and underarms. He is super lean and super sexy. His stretch marks do not phase me in the least. They are just part of him. I am sure your stretch marks are barely noticeable compared to all that muscle you are carrying around.
  • Interesting story. I will have to check into that as I have some migraines myself
  • try pickles... they are high sodium but they cut craving. or pineapple. they seem to cut my cravings for more food down

  • I would start with looking at your liquids. they seemed to carry the most calories for me. I was a juice fanatic! now its water. then try adding work outs to get calories.
